Palo Alto Networks acquired observability leader Chronosphere in a $3.35 billion deal completed in early 2026. The acquisition integrates Chronosphere's AI capabilities with Palo Alto Networks platforms for enhanced threat detection. Chronosphere ranked as the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant leader for observability platforms. Palo Alto Networks also completed its $25 billion acquisition of CyberArk in the same period.
