Thunes and WireBarley launched a real-time payment solution on April 28, 2026, at Money20/20 Asia in Singapore and Seoul serving WireBarley's 1.1 million users. The integration with Thunes' Direct Global Network covers seven sending countries, 520 payout corridors, and major corridors including South Korea, the U.S., Australia, and Vietnam. WireBarley founded in 2016 operates across 46 receiving countries. The launch targets South Korea’s $7.45 billion outbound remittance market from 2024.
