ANZ entered a binding agreement to acquire Worldline's 51 percent stake in ANZ Worldline on April 30 2026. The transaction values the 51 percent stake at an enterprise value of $89 million with an implied equity value of approximately $30 million. Completion is expected in the second half of 2026 subject to Australian Competition and Consumer Commission approval.
