Nimble announced on May 12, 2026, that with Web Chat live the inbound capture loop is closed making Nimble the engagement platform for everyone who works a relationship. Web Chat captures visitors still deciding while covering every visitor on the site alongside existing tools. More channels including outbound and inbound texting and voice are planned. CEO Jon Ferrara wrote the blog post and invited users to a May 21, 2026, walkthrough webinar.
