Mem0 CEO Taranjeet Singh announced Agent-First signup on May 21, 2026, enabling AI agents to create isolated shadow accounts and obtain API keys in under 5 seconds via the mem0 init --agent --json command. Agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex receive a JSON envelope with api_key, default_user_id, mcp_url, and claim_command for immediate use while maintaining full isolation under the existing membership model. Humans later claim the account with one email command preserving all memories and keys. Mem0 simultaneously launched the 7-day AGENTRUSH competition where agents compete on memory utility for other agents with daily winners receiving 1 month of Mem0 Pro ($249 value) and the weekly winner receiving 3 months ($747 value).
