WorkBoard Introduces Generative AI Across Strategy Execution Platform

WorkBoard announced integration of generative AI across its full strategy execution suite on May 18, 2023. Deidre Paknad, CEO and Co-Founder, stated that Generative AI eliminates friction by collapsing time to align long-range and near-term outcomes, develop action plans, and manage against them efficiently at high scale and speed. Daryoush Paknad, CTO and Co-Founder, noted that WorkBoard harnesses customers' own strategy execution data with a domain-specific large language model called WoBoLM without data landing in public domains or competitors' hands. The platform's Co-Author generates draft OKRs based on long-range strategies, previous OKR data, upline OKRs, and team retrospectives, then creates action plans and scorecards in minutes using an interactive whiteboard. Joel Neeb, VP Execution and Transformation at VMware, said the innovations allow leaders to build drafts of strategies and OKRs based on historic precedent within the company.
