Home Depot's SRS Completes Acquisition of HVAC Distributor Mingledorff's

Home Depot subsidiary SRS Distribution Inc. completed the acquisition of Mingledorff’s LLC on May 11, 2026. Mingledorff’s operates 42 locations across five southeastern U.S. states as a wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment, parts and supplies. The deal, first announced March 24, 2026, adds HVAC as a new vertical for SRS and was funded through cash and debt with undisclosed terms. SRS CEO Dan Tinker stated the addition establishes another vertical to serve new Pro contractors and enhance product offerings alongside existing roofing, interior, exterior building materials, landscape and pool businesses. Ted Decker, chair, president and CEO of The Home Depot, noted the acquisition strengthens SRS’s high-growth distribution engine and provides more inventory and expertise for Pro customers.
