Nebius signs $27B five-year AI infrastructure contract with Meta

Nebius Group announced a five-year AI infrastructure supply agreement with Meta Platforms valued at up to $27 billion. The deal includes a $12 billion commitment for dedicated computing capacity based on large-scale NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform deployments starting early 2027. Meta also agreed to purchase an additional $15 billion in capacity that Nebius can sell to other customers. Nebius Group signed the contract on March 16, 2026 in Amsterdam.
