Microsoft announced the general availability of computer-using agents in Copilot Studio on May 13, 2026. The agents enable interaction with any application UI through vision and reasoning without APIs. Features include secure authentication via Azure Key Vault, DLP policies, audit trails in Purview and Dataverse, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and model choices from OpenAI or Anthropic. Graebel deployed a Service Order Agent processing over 30 relocation categories and reduced manual effort while improving data quality.
