Turso Removes Active Database Limit for All Paid Plans

Turso eliminated the limit on active databases for every paid plan on May 3, 2026. Previously paid users received unlimited databases but faced restrictions on simultaneous active instances. The change grants unlimited active databases to all paid users with no additional cost. Turso also placed unlimited Turso databases in the Cloud into private beta. Glauber Costa announced the update as part of ongoing product improvements for the distributed SQLite platform.
