Megaport Plans to Acquire Compute-as-a-Service Company Latitude.sh

Megaport announced plans to acquire Latitude.sh in November 2025 for up to USD300 million. Latitude.sh CEO Gui Soubihe stated the deal extends the compute platform into Megaport's Network-as-a-Service offering. The combination creates a globally automated Infrastructure-as-a-Service platform integrating on-demand CPUs and GPUs with high-speed private networks. The acquisition closed on November 27, 2025.
