Megaport Limited announced on May 14, 2026 that its subsidiary Latitude.sh secured three binding GPU, CPU, network, and storage contracts across two customers. The contracts represent a combined total contract value of approximately USD$182.9 million, with two contracts having 36-month terms and one having a 24-month term. The deals require approximately USD$101.0 million in incremental capital expenditure for high-performance NVIDIA GPU hardware. Megaport CEO Michael Reid described the contracts as reinforcing the company's position in the AI ecosystem.
