Joveo launched AI Interviewer on March 17, 2026, to help employers, staffing firms, and RPOs evaluate candidates at scale 24/7. The multimodal AI conducts structured interviews via web, phone, and WhatsApp, with dynamic probing and rubric-based scoring that integrates summaries, transcripts, and recommendations directly into ATS systems. Joveo’s 2026 Recruiting Benchmarks Report showed applicant volume in certain categories exploded 9x from 2022 to 2025. Kyle Lagunas, Founder and Principal Analyst at Kyle & Co., noted the tool introduces structure at the top of the funnel. The launch occurred at the Unleash conference.
