Dynatrace completed acquisitions of DevCycle and Bindplane as it entered fiscal 2027. DevCycle provides feature management on the OpenFeature standard for progressive delivery in AI-native applications. Bindplane adds open-standards-based telemetry pipeline capabilities for logs, metrics, and application data. Dynatrace CEO Rick McConnell and CFO Jim Benson discussed the acquisitions during the May 13, 2026 earnings call.
