Gumloop Secures $50M Series B to Expand AI Agent Platform

Gumloop closed a $50 million Series B on March 12, 2026, led by Benchmark investor Everett Randle in his first deal at the firm. The round included Nexus VP, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, The Cannon Project and Shopify Ventures. Founder Max Brodeur-Urbas started Gumloop in mid-2023 from a Vancouver condo to let non-technical employees build AI agents for repetitive tasks. Gumloop relocated headquarters to San Francisco after its $17M Series A in January 2025.
