Rapid7 reported first quarter 2026 financial results on May 5, 2026 with total revenue of $210 million. Product subscriptions revenue reached $204 million and annualized recurring revenue stood at $832 million. The company acquired Kenzo Security in March 2026 to accelerate preemptive AI-powered security operations and integrate automated risk prioritization into the Command Platform. Corey Thomas, CEO of Rapid7, stated that frontier models reshape the cybersecurity landscape and Rapid7's AI SOC and preemptive security infrastructure are more essential than ever. Rafe Brown, CFO of Rapid7, noted that Rapid7 exceeded guidance expectations across all metrics and delivered strong free cash flow of $33 million.
