Global Payments Expands Partnership with Lightspeed DMS for Embedded Payments

Global Payments Inc. announced on May 8, 2026 the renewal and expansion of its partnership with Lightspeed DMS. The deal enables Lightspeed to launch embedded payments using Global Payments’ Payrix Pro technology for dealerships in Powersports, Marine, RV, Trailer, and Golf Car industries. The partnership, which began in 2009 with Worldpay now part of Global Payments after its January 2026 acquisition, supports over 4,500 Lightspeed customers across North America. Brian Provost, CEO at Lightspeed, credited Global Payments’ commitment to continuous improvement.
