Asana, Inc. promoted Aziz Megji to Chief Financial Officer effective March 24 2026. Megji succeeded Sonalee Parekh who resigned effective March 23 2026 after serving as CFO since 2024. Megji previously held the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis role at Asana since December 2024 and earlier positions at RingCentral, NVIDIA, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Dan Rogers, Chief Executive Officer of Asana, stated that Megji has proven himself a trusted partner and strong strategic leader in shaping financial strategy for the multi-product company.
