Hiver reported a 3x year-over-year increase in AI feature adoption as of February 23, 2026. The growth followed launch and expansion of AI Agents, AI Copilot, AI QA, and conversational AI chat support. Hiver expanded to more than 100 integrations across CRM, ERP, billing, and ecommerce systems. Bynder migrated from Zendesk to Hiver while Group Miki handles 18,000 interactions per week and automates 2,500 workflows monthly via Salesforce integration.
