KEC International board approved the merger of its wholly owned subsidiary KEC Spur Infrastructure Private Limited into itself on May 16, 2026. The merger aims to simplify the group structure, unlock operational synergies, and strengthen execution capabilities with no change in shareholding pattern. KEC Spur Infrastructure operates in oil and gas pipelines, water, power, and infrastructure sectors with an order book of approximately Rs 600 crore at acquisition in October 2021. The scheme requires National Company Law Tribunal approval and forms part of KEC International's strategy to consolidate operations in the engineering, procurement, and construction segment.
