Megaport reported a new 36-month AUD$35.4 million compute and storage contract on May 7, 2026 through Latitude.sh for a US-based high-growth technology company in the developer tooling sector. The agreement supports enterprise demand for agentic AI and counts toward the minimum USD$86 million capex undertaking for CY26 and CY27 agreed in the Latitude.sh acquisition. Total contract value converts to USD$25.1 million with 32-month ARR of USD$8.4 million. Assets will return to the Latitude.sh on-demand pool after the term.
