Scale AI added Ernst & Young as a client to build internal AI agents for due diligence in M&A deals. Scale AI developed a system for Mayo Clinic to read and interpret fragmented medical records. Other new enterprise clients include BP, Allianz, Paramount, and Cisco. The strategic shift moves focus from 70% data labeling to enterprise and public sector AI applications. An OpenAI recommendation helped secure the Ernst & Young contract despite initial concerns over the Meta deal.
