Render removes per-seat pricing and shifts to consumption-based model

Render eliminated per-seat fees as of 2026. Pricing now combines a flat plan fee with compute consumption for Hobby, Pro, and Scale tiers. The change applies to all plans including Pro at $25 per month plus compute. Render treats background workers and cron jobs as first-class services configurable directly in the dashboard. Render previously charged per user on some tiers before the 2026 update.
