n8n closed an $180 million Series C round in October 2025 at a $2.5 billion post-money valuation. Lead investors included Accel, NVentures, Meritech Capital, Redpoint Ventures, Sequoia Capital, and Highland Europe. The company has now raised a total of $254 million across five funding rounds. n8n reached $100 million ARR with headquarters in Berlin, Germany.
