Alibaba launched Zhenwu M890 AI chip on May 19, 2026 with 3x performance over Zhenwu 810E, 144 GB GPU memory, and 800 GB/s interchip bandwidth for AI agents. T-Head division shipped over 560,000 Zhenwu chips to more than 400 customers across 20 industries.
