Megaport Shares Surge 37 Percent After Latitude.sh Wins AU$254 Million AI Compute Contracts

Megaport reported that Latitude.sh secured three contracts covering GPU, CPU, networking and storage infrastructure with a combined total contract value of approximately USD 182.9 million (AUD 254.0 million). The contracts were signed with two unnamed US-based technology providers for AI applications and inference workloads. One customer is an existing Megaport client. The deals satisfy a committed US$86 million capital expenditure undertaking from the November 2025 acquisition of Latitude.sh. Megaport shares rose 34 percent on the announcement.
