Palo Alto Networks to Acquire Portkey for AI Security

Palo Alto Networks announced plans to acquire Portkey on April 30, 2026. Portkey processes over 500 billion LLM tokens daily and handles 12.5 crore requests every 24 hours for more than 24,000 organizations. The deal values Portkey at roughly ₹1140 to ₹1330 crore. Portkey will integrate as the AI Gateway for Prisma AIRS at Palo Alto Networks.
