Sola raised $17.5 million in a Series A round led by Andreessen Horowitz on August 14, 2025 with participation from Conviction, Y Combinator and others. The round brings Sola’s total funding to $21 million including a prior $3.5 million seed round led by Conviction. Sola was co-founded by MIT dropouts Jessica Wu as CEO and Neil Deshmukh as CTO. Sola went through Y Combinator and builds AI agents to automate tasks such as invoicing, shipment building and healthcare data entry.
