Attentive.ai announced a $30.5 million Series B round on November 12, 2025, led by Insight Partners. The funding round included participation from Vertex Ventures, Tenacity Ventures, and InfoEdge Venture Fund. Attentive.ai develops Beam AI, an AI-based takeoff platform that automates preconstruction workflows for over 1,100 companies in construction and field services. CEO Shiva Dhawan noted the capital will advance next-generation AI products and support expansion into new markets. Attentive.ai has now raised $48 million in total funding since its founding.
