Bonterra Resources announced on May 13, 2026 that President and CEO Marc-André Pelletier resigned effective May 31, 2026 to pursue another opportunity. Chairman Cesar Gonzalez assumes interim CEO duties during the transition. Pelletier agreed to remain as a consultant through December 31, 2026 to ensure orderly handover. The company operates gold exploration projects in Quebec’s Urban Barry Camp with over 3 million ounces of resources.
