Klaviyo launched Custom Skills for its Customer Agent AI product in the week prior to the May 5, 2026 earnings call. The feature allows full customization of the always-on agent that handles consumer interactions across text, WhatsApp, email, RCS, and web chat. One customer, Naked Wardrobe, resolved 84% of conversations with a 28% increase in average order value using the agent. Klaviyo also introduced Composer, an AI agent for marketing campaign creation, in private preview in March 2026.
