Hightouch Relocates to 18,000-Square-Foot Office at 275 Seventh Avenue in New York

Hightouch, an AI marketing platform, signed a lease for 18,000 square feet on the entire 21st floor at 275 Seventh Avenue in Midtown South on May 19, 2026. Tishman Real Estate Services represented the building ownership by AFL-CIO affiliate Unite Here while CBRE's Alice Fair, Sacha Zarba, and Claire Pisano negotiated on behalf of Hightouch, which previously occupied 9,600 square feet combined across 150 West 22nd Street and 110 West 27th Street. The new space serves as the operational base for Hightouch's sales, engineering, finance, and executive teams in New York, according to CFO Cherry Miao, and replaces former tenant Tennr at 345 Hudson Street with other current tenants including Hibob, Auctor AI, Epam, Crossmedia, and Haymarket Media. Midtown South average rents reached $79.86 per square foot in April per Colliers.
