Creatio announced the Creatio 8.3.4 update package on May 12, 2026. The release adds enhancements to Creatio.ai including updated terminology, AI automation for chat channels such as Telegram and WhatsApp, a new Campaign Generation Agent, and GPT-5.2 model support.
