Andrew Bialecki, Co-CEO and 10% owner at Klaviyo, sold 200,000 Series A common shares on May 12, 2026 for $2,921,929. The transaction occurred after Klaviyo reported Q1 2026 results and authorized a $500 million share repurchase program. Bialecki co-founded Klaviyo in 2011 and has held the co-CEO role alongside Chano Fernández since January 2026.
