The change shifted the platform to a modular AI copilot model with plans starting at $29 per user per month for Inbox or Meeting Copilot. Engagement Copilot at $49 per user per month adds sequences and LinkedIn integration with a 1,500 recipient cap per workspace. Mixmax Suite at $89 per user per month includes full Salesforce sync and unlimited sequences.
