Panorama Mortgage Group rebranded to SimplyPMG on May 18, 2026, unifying channels including Alterra Home Loans and Travisa Financial under one name focused on simplicity and better pricing. Co-CEO Jason Madiedo stated the company spent the past three years preparing for the change after 20 years building its ethos. The rebrand launches three channels: SimplyPMG.direct for online borrowers, SimplyPMG.net for loan officers, and SimplyPMG.Pro for wholesale partners. Fernando Ospina was appointed chief production officer. The Las Vegas-based firm founded in 2006 targets $1.5 billion in 2026 volume amid affordability challenges, following rebrands by Planet in April 2026 and Onity Group in March 2026.
