WorkBoard Acquires Quantive to Consolidate Enterprise OKR Platforms

WorkBoard completed its acquisition of Quantive, formerly Gtmhub. Quantive customers are actively transitioning to the WorkBoard platform, significantly expanding its installed base of enterprise users. The acquisition consolidates the two largest enterprise OKR platforms under one roof. WorkBoard now competes with fewer direct rivals in the enterprise OKR space after the deal. The move builds on WorkBoard's prior total funding of $141.55 million.
