Dify raised $30 million in Series Pre-A funding on March 10, 2026. The round was led by HSG with participation from GL Ventures, Alt-Alpha Capital, 5Y Capital, Mizuho Leaguer Investment and NYX Ventures at a $180 million valuation. CEO Luyu Zhang stated the funds will integrate state-of-the-art agent capabilities and build a dedicated enterprise product team. Dify now employs about 100 people and serves more than 280 enterprise customers.
