Princeton Researchers Introduce Agent-Computer Interface in SWE-agent Paper at NeurIPS 2024

Princeton researchers John Yang, Carlos E. Jimenez, Alexander Wettig, Kilian Lieret, Shunyu Yao, Karthik Narasimhan, and Ofir Press published the SWE-agent paper. The paper introduced the Agent-Computer Interface concept and more than tripled AI coding benchmark performance without changing the model. The research was accepted at NeurIPS 2024 and reshaped industry thinking on AI agents.
