AHA Urges Lilly to Drop 340B Claims-Data Policy

The American Hospital Association urged Eli Lilly to drop its January 2026 claims-data policy on May 13, 2026. The AHA proposed a neutral third-party clearinghouse instead. The policy affects more than 2,000 member hospitals and health systems in the 340B Drug Pricing Program. Eli Lilly implemented the claims-data policy in January 2026.
