Lemlist Reaches $40M ARR and Acquires Claap for $25M

Lemlist CEO Charles Tenot announced the company hit $40M ARR in October 2025. The firm acquired Claap, which had $2M ARR with a 7-person team, for $25M using cash, vendor loans, and convertible bonds. Lemlist remains bootstrapped with mid 8-figures revenue and targets $100M revenue by 2028. The deal closed after first outreach in May 2025.
