Global Payments Signs Exclusive U.S. POS Agreement with CKE Restaurants

Global Payments Inc. announced on May 11, 2026 an exclusive agreement with CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc. to serve as U.S. point of sale and in-store payment solutions provider. The deal deploys the Genius platform across over 2,400 Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. locations. David Rumph, president of SMB at Global Payments, said the partnership expands the relationship to deliver seamless payments and integrated operations including kitchen management and loyalty. Ryan Mollenkopf, vice president of IT at CKE, noted the single integrated solution meets their needs for quality and reliability.
