Salesforce reported on May 19, 2026 that more than 140 pharmaceutical, clinical research, biotechnology and medical device companies use Agentforce Life Sciences. Customers including Chiesi Group, Moderna, Merck Animal Health and CSL have selected the platform. Agentforce Life Sciences enables scaling of AI-native clinical and commercial operations without lengthy legacy CRM migrations. Merck Animal Health announced its selection on May 6, 2026. The platform supports customer engagement transformation for healthcare professionals.
