Megaport Announces Latitude.sh Contracts Worth AUD 254 Million for AI Infrastructure

Megaport stated that its subsidiary Latitude.sh secured three contracts covering GPU, CPU, networking and storage infrastructure with a combined total contract value of approximately USD 182.9 million (AUD 254.0 million). The contracts were signed with two unnamed US-based technology providers operating AI applications and inference workloads. One of the customers is an existing Megaport client. The announcement came three days after the May 13 2026 disclosure. Megaport shares surged following the news.
