Nebius Raises 2026 Capex Guidance to $20-25 Billion After Meta Contract and Nvidia Investment

Nebius CEO doubled down on capex spending and raised 2026 guidance from $16-20 billion to $20-25 billion. The company secured a $27 billion five-year contract with Meta that includes $12 billion for dedicated computing capacity and a $15 billion option. Nvidia made a $2 billion equity investment in March to support long-term GPU supply. Nebius Q1 2026 group revenue reached $399 million up 684% year over year with core AI revenue of $390 million up 841% year over year. Contracted power capacity exceeds 3.5 GW, up from 2 GW three months earlier, with a new Pennsylvania site supporting 1.2 GW.
