TencentCloud CubeSandbox Launches as E2B SDK Compatible Alternative

TencentCloud released CubeSandbox on or around May 18, 2026 as a drop-in replacement for E2B with hardware-isolated sandboxes under 60ms startup and 5MB memory overhead. The project supports single-node to multi-node scaling and zero-cost migration by changing one environment variable. CubeSandbox targets high-density deployments for thousands of nodes per cluster. E2B previously raised $21M Series A in July 2025.
