JuiceMe Acquires Ajiraworks to Expand Employer of Record Services in Africa

JuiceMe acquired Ajiraworks, a compliance-focused employment company operating in the UK and Kenya, on May 15, 2026. Founder Catherine Ochako was appointed Global Director of Employer of Record and joins as board member and shareholder. The deal incorporates Ajiraworks tested compliance systems, operational infrastructure, and market-entry playbooks into JuiceMe's EOR offering. Catherine Ochako previously built EOR functions across 29 markets including the UK, South Africa, Nigeria, and Kenya.
