Advent International agreed to acquire UK paytech myPOS to expand digital payment services in Europe. The firm previously partnered with Bain Capital on Worldpay and later with Clessidra on a majority stake in Italian paytech Nexi. myPOS provides point-of-sale and payment solutions for small businesses. Advent International continues its focus on European fintech acquisitions following prior investments in the payments sector.
