ServiceNow Ventures participated in Sigma Computing's $80 million Series E funding round announced on May 18, 2026. The round, led by Princeville Capital with participation from Databricks Ventures and Workday Ventures, doubled Sigma's valuation to $3 billion. Sigma reported $200 million in annual recurring revenue, more than 2,000 customers, and launched Sigma Agents as its most rapidly adopted product for agentic analytics. Sigma's warehouse-native architecture supports governance and security for AI agents running in data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks. ServiceNow and Workday view Sigma as a complementary layer above their platforms for enterprise AI workflows.
