Sola Security closed a $35 million Series A funding round on September 4, 2025. The round was led by S32 with participation from Microsoft’s M12, New Era Capital Partners, Mike Moritz, S Capital, and Glilot Capital Partners. Sola Security, founded in 2024 by CEO Guy Flechter and COO Ron Peled in Israel, builds an AI-powered no-code platform for security teams to create custom tools. The company has raised $65 million total and gained over 2,000 users since emerging from stealth. Guy Flechter previously co-founded Cider Security, which Palo Alto Networks acquired for $300 million in 2022.
